Polishing/Resizing

As all our rings are made to order, we have to charge a small amount for ring repolishing and resizing. Please note that if your ring is vermeil (gold plated) you will need to also purchase the gold plating option in the menu. 

 

If a ring needs to be polished or resized because it does not fit properly, we can take care of this via the following steps:

 

  1. Purchase the polishing/resizing service on this page.
  2. Post the ring back to us via tracked mail.
  3. Email the resizing purchase confirmation email, and the postal tracking id to info@phiralondon.co.uk.

Once the item is returned to us via post with a tracking number, we will polish and or resize and return on our standard shipping policy.
